"We recently heard that the Chicago Bears have entered the Le'Veon Bell sweepstakes. However many didn't believe it would be possible because of the Bears salary cap restrictions, however general manager Ryan Pace has put his cap wizardry together again. Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Bears have restructured Khalil Mack's contract. Pace has created an additional $11million in cap space by converting $13million of Mack's base salary and roster bonus into signing bonus. The Bears are clearly setting themselves up for Bell or some other big pieces.
