Bears LB Tremaine Edmunds Shares his Thoughts for the Upcoming Season
Right when free agency started, the Bears made sure to find some missing pieces quick. One of the positions that they needed was a linebacker, and former Bills LB Tremaine Edmunds was available.
After signing Edmunds to a 4-year deal, Bears fans knew they got a star. Edmunds is a 2-time Pro Bowler and has helped bring his former Bills team to an elite level. Now, he is a Bear, and he and the fans are very excited for the season.
During an interview on the NFL Network, Edmunds shared his feelings about the new season and being on a new team:
"I was just excited for the opportunity, man. I'm a guy, I like when the odds are against me, I like when the odds are against us. I feel like individuals make the best moves when you're underestimated, and I wanted to go to a team where I could be part of a rebuild. I can be part of turning this thing around, man"
Edmunds knows why he is in Chicago, and is ready for the challenge ahead. He is a star and someone who knows what it's like to be on a good team. He likes being the underdog and will help change this Bears team.
