Bears' fullback raving about Justin Fields work ethic
In most cases, the only thing that separates the truly great player from the average NFL player is work ethic. Of course, everyone at this level is extremely talented. All the players have the attributes to play on Sundays. However, what sets apart the "Hall of Famers" from the "normal" players is how bad they want it.
Well, this is one of the biggest reasons why I truly feel like the Bears have a future stud in QB Justin Fields. In all of my years covering this sport, I have not seen many players with a mindset like him. He definitely has the "it factor" that all franchises look for in a quarterback.
The newest Bears fullback Khari Blasingame shares that belief with me.
