As expected, Cody Parkey is the talk of the town Monday after the kick which didn't get the Chicago Bears into the next round of the playoffs. Despite lots of other mistakes that could be pointed out from the game, or the fact the kick was tipped, Parkey shoulders all of the blame. We've seen some verbal assaults on social media since last night and now a fan took it a different direction. NBCSports Chicago reports that a Bears' fan has started a "GoFundMe" page to buy out the rest of Cody Parkey's contract. Parkey has $9million in guaranteed money remaining after signing a four year $15million deal this offseason. If Chicago releases Parkey in the offseason, the team won't add any cap space and will actually have to take on $5million in dead cap space.
