Field yates reported that the Falcons hosted WR Damiere Byrd on a free-agent visit. He also recently visited the Raiders.
If Byrd does end up signing in Atlanta, that would mark the 3rd player from the 2021 Bears team to sign with the Falcons. The first two players are RB Damien Williams and CB Teez Tabor.
Let me remind you that former Bears general manager, Ryan Pace is now with the Falcons. This is probably not a coincidence...
Damiere Byrd played pretty well for the Bears in 2021. He was active for all 17 games and started 4 of them. He hauled in 26 catches for a total of 329 yards and a touchdown.
