All-Pro Zack Martin Has Agreed to a New Deal After being Fined over $1 Million for his Holdout.
As reported by NFL insider Adam Schefter, All-Pro Dallas Cowboys Guard, Zack Martin, has ended his holdout with the team and has signed a deal that will pay him $18 million each year, for the next 2 seasons:
Before this deal was made, Martin has not been seen with the Cowboys, due to being upset with his previous deal. He decided to sit out and not report to camp, and because of that, he was fined over $1 million for his time away. Now, he is back with the team and ended his holdout, as they agreed on a new deal.
Martin is entering his 10th season in the NFL, and has been a star since his rookie year.
Martin is a 6-time First-team All-Pro, 2-time Second-team All-Pro, an 8-time Pro Bowler, and is a member of the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team.
He deserves this contract, so congrats on the new deal!
