Adam Rank Explains what the Bears need to do for QB Caleb Williams to Succeed in Chicago if they Draft Him

Though we are not sure yet if the Bears plan on drafting QB Caleb Williams this upcoming offseason, but if they do, they need to make many changes.

According to NFL Network's Adam Rank, the only way we will be able to see improvement and success with the Bears drafting Williams is to also start fresh with the staff:

Rank says that the Bears must also fire their head coach and offensive coordinator if they plan on trading Justin Fields and starting from square one with a new QB.

If the Bears want change, they need to start with their coaches. A clean sweep!
