I think this is the right way to go about it. We know that Fields was not the greatest rookie quarterback ever. But, we also know that he has the potential to be excellent and that, in order to reach his full potential, the Bears must commit 110% to him. They have to do every single thing they can to build a solid team around him and a solid coaching staff as well.

So, no we don't expect Justin Fields to be the best quarterback in the world next season. However, let's give him the benefit of the doubt and let him show us what he can do under a real coaching staff and with a full season under his belt.
