Report: Chicago Bears have Scheduled Pre-Draft Visit for Alabama Edge Rusher

As reported earlier today, a few NFL teams - including the Bears, have scheduled to meet with Alabama edge rusher Dallas Turner ahead of the 2024 NFL draft:

Though the Bears will most likely be using their 1st overall pick on USC QB Caleb Williams, they are still not sure on what to do with their 9th overall pick.

Some insiders believe they will aim to draft a WR at 9, while others believe they should target an edge rusher.

Turner finished this past season with a career best - with 53 tackles - 14 of those for a loss, 10 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. He was also named as a Consensus All-American, the SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Year, and named as a First-team All-SEC.

Turner is believed to be the best defender in this years draft.
