Trent Williams is one of the best offensive tackles in the entire NFL, and has 11 Pro Bowl selections to prove it.
However, just like teammate Brandon Aiyuk, he was going through a bit of a dispute with the franchise. He was refusing to work out with the team as he had not received a new deal. Well, today, that all changed as Williams was given a new contract, according to Adam Schefter.
Now, Williams will be setting his sights on playing football Monday night when the 49ers take on the New York Jets. Based on Williams' agency, the goal is to make sure he plays.
