As reported this afternoon, the Chicago Bears have invited North Dakota State OL Donny Ventrelli to their rookie mini-camp:
After redshirting his freshman year in 2018, Ventrelli served as a right tackle. He was then moved as a left tackle for a few games in his junior year, but was then moved back as right tackle to finish the season.
Then, in his senior year in 2022, Ventrelli started every game as a left tackle and finished the season being named with Second Team All-MVFC honors.
In his final year in college this past season, Ventrelli served as the starting left guard and was once again named with Second Team All-MVFC honors.
