Report: Chicago Bears Met with Son of NFL Legend Wide Receiver for a Pre-Draft Interview
As reported this morning, while the Bears were visiting USC QB Caleb Williams' Pro Day, they made sure to talk with his USC teammate: WR Brenden Rice
Rice had his breakout year this past season, while playing with Williams as his QB.
Rice finished the 2023 season with 45 catches for 791 yards, along with 12 touchdowns - all in just 12 games.
He is also the son of NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, who is considered to arguably be the greatest WR of all time.
Rice is not projected to be a first-round pick, so the Bears could find themselves drafting him with a later-round selection.
