NEW BEAR: Chicago Bears have Signed Howard Running Back/Kick Returner

As reported Saturday evening, the Chicago Bears have signed Howard running back/kick returner Ian Wheeler:
Wheeler spent his 4 year college career playing for Howard, and ended with a total of 1,143 rushing yards for 14 touchdowns.
After going undrafted, Wheeler signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent.
