Montez Sweat reveals why the Bears are better than the Commanders

Montez Sweat is gearing up for his first full season with the Chicago Bears, and he is already seeing the difference between his new team and his former squad.
Sweat was on the Washington Commanders last season before being traded over to the Bears. It was a career year for the defensive end as he finished with 12.5 sacks. He is expected to elevate again this season, and according to Dan Pompei of The Athletic, he is already enjoying his time in Chicago a whole lot more than his stint with the Commanders.
Why? You may ask. Well, it has a little something to do with team spirit. He revealed that the team has very few egos. Instead, everyone is looking to win, and there is no emphasis on individual achievement.
"In Washington, everyone was kind of like the alpha male and they are great players, but it was hard for guys to make sacrifices for all of us to be of one accord," Sweat said. "In Chicago, we don't have that problem."
Let us know if you think this will be a big year for Montez Sweat, in the poll below. Additionally, stay tuned to Let's Bear Down for the latest news and updates from around the football world.
