Matt Eberflus speaks out on his team's terrible loss to the Colts

Matt Eberflus had a bad coaching game on Sunday as the Chicago Bears fell to the Indianapolis Colts in bad fashion.
The play calls were terrible and many had it own for none other than Shane Waldron who is the offensive coordinator. All in all, it was a bad game for the Bears and no one is ever going to argue otherwise. Having said that, it was a positive for Caleb Williams who threw over 350 yards and added two touchdowns. Eberflus spoke on his QB today.
«He's got to have some wisdom there and discernment in terms of when he needs to make that throw,» Eberflus said. «You never want to take away his aggressiveness, but he has to be really good with the football, and that's his No. 1 job as the quarterback.»
Tight end Cole Kmet also had nice things to say about Caleb Williams which is definitely encouraging to see. Having said that, fans would like to see a bit more from everyone, especially at 2-1 on the season.
«You can see him getting into the flow of things better, and you can really see him - anybody that watches the tape can really see him - trying to progress through his reads and seeing things clearly,» Kmet said. «He's been picking up his processing speed from game to game, so that's always encouraging to see. When he gets comfortable and rolling there, you can see that confidence pick up.»
