Former Bears linebacker signs new deal in the UFL

Back in 2022 and 2023, linebacker DeMarquis Gates had a little bit of time with the Chicago Bears.

Overall, he was not good enough to remain in the NFL. However, he has found a home in the UFL. Now, it is being reported by Sports Illustrated that Gates has signed a new deal with the Birmingham Stallions. This marks his third season with the franchise.

We wish Gates the best of luck with his team in a different league.
