Forgotten Bears player re-emerges as potential star

Dominique Robinson is a player who was picked all the way back in 2022 as an Edge Rusher, which was unique given the fact he had only played the position for two years.
In his first couple of games with the Bears, he was great. From there, he barely produced, nothing half of a sack in 27 games. This has demoted him to the second and even third options in his position. However, as Adam Jahns reports, with Montez Sweat out, Robinson has been making moves at practice.
It would appear as though Robinson has been getting sacks and has made it difficult on the Bears offensive line. To be fair, it is an offensive line that has struggled, to begin with. Regardless, things could be looking up for Robinson.
With the preseason on the horizon, Robinson now has an opportunity to show what he can do. Only time will tell whether or not he can turn the tide of his career out in Chicago.
