Fans are loving what they are seeing from Matt Eberflus on Hard Knocks

Bears fans have been loving this season of HBO's Hard Knocks so far are they are getting a great inside look on this year's team.

One of the standouts from last episode has been head coach Matt Eberflus who took the spotlight with "dad jokes" and great encouragement.

As the years go on, it seems like the ways of the hard nosed coach are disappearing more and more. Eberflus' ways are a clear demonstration of that as he seems to fall in the player's coach category instead of the tough type.
