As announced this morning, the Chicago Bears have released their veteran QB Brett Rypien:
The Bears signed the veteran QB earlier this offseason to add depth to the QB room.
Even after his stellar Hall of Fame game earlier this preseason, the Bears realized that they will not need him in their QB room due to Caleb Williams being named as the starter and fan favourite Tyson Bagent being named as his backup.
