Caleb Williams hit with sobering prediction from controversial ESPN analyst

Caleb Williams is entering his first season in the NFL with the Chicago Bears, and it seems like the noise is starting to get louder and louder.
Overall, there are some analysts who expect him to come and be one of the best quarterbacks in the entire league. Furthermore, some are even predicting that he can lead the Chicago Bears to the playoffs. However, there are other analysts who are simply not sold on him.
Among those doubters are none other than Booger McFarland of ESPN. On Thursday morning's episode of Get UpQ, McFarland claimed that there is a likelihood that Jayden Daniels will actually be looking better than Williams, halfway through the season.
"Don't be surprised if midway through the season, we're having a conversation [that] ... the No. 2 pick, Jayden Daniels, looks better than the No. 1 pick, Caleb Williams."
These things are oftentimes impossible to predict. After all, the future is unknown. Injuries happen and they can drastically affect whether or not a QB sees the field or has the proper weapons to be a success. Either way, this is going to be an interesting season for the Bears.
Let us know if you agree with Booger McFarland, in the poll down below. Additionally, stay tuned to Let's Bear Down for the latest news and updates from around the football world.
