The Bears have a lot of rookies still on their roster and it seems like veterans have been stepping up and giving them pointers. Veterans are always there to help out rookies get used to the NFL game but have no obligation to put in extra time to help their new teammates. While it is not mandatory, a video was published yesterday showing Montez Sweat giving rookies pointers after practice. This is an example a good team culture. Vets staying after to help the younger guys better understand tricks their opponents may try on them. This team is making each other at all levels and positions, better each day

Clearly Sweat wants to have a successful season and is hoping that everyone is ready and at the top of their game for week 1.
