The Bears have a lot of rookies still on their roster and it seems like veterans have been stepping up and giving them pointers.
Veterans are always there to help out rookies get used to the NFL game but have no obligation to put in extra time to help their new teammates.
While it is not mandatory, a video was published yesterday showing Montez Sweat giving rookies pointers after practice.
