The Bears offense struggled in week 1 despite getting the win thanks to their incredible defense.
Offensive coordinator Shane Waldron took the blame for the poor offense as he stated the lack of rhythm was his fault and added that he needs to get Cole Kmet more involved since he is one of the best TE's in the NFL.
Bears OC Shane Waldron called TE Cole Kmet "one of the top tight ends in the league." As far as the personnel packages, Waldron said, "That's more on us, starting with me, of getting the reps balanced out." Lack of rhythm on offense limited that, too, he said.
While Waldron took the blame for the poor offense, fans are not too worried at the Bears are loaded with weapons on offense, they just need to build some chemistry.
