The Chicago Bears didn’t do it all in one shot but they made fans happy today.

The morning started off with head coach Matt Nagy being fired.

About an hour later the news came out that general manager Ryan Pace was let go as well.

Fans and some media members wanted more though, the firing of Ted Phillips.

However that never came.

So where exactly does Phillips stand with Bears ownership, apparently still in a very good place.

While meeting with media on Monday to discuss the changes, George McCaskey told reporters that Phillips along with Bill Pollian will assist with the teams search for both a new head coach and general manager.

Phillips isn’t going anywhere.
