We heard lots of chatter of what the Chicago Bears might do this offseason to get things back on track.
Chatter of Ted Phillips stepping down or possibly general manager Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy getting fired.
However George McCaskey spoke to reports on Wednesday and none of that is happening.
Not only will they be back, but McCaskey said he's been impressed with all of them.
McCaskey added that Phillips has shown incredible leadership during the season.
