The Chicago Bears announced on Monday that tight end Zach Miller will receive a special award Tuesday.
Miller has been chosen as the Bears 2018 Ed Block Courage Award winner.
The award is presented to one player on all 32 teams who "best exemplifies a commitment to sportsmanship and courage and serves as an inspiration in the locker room".
The winners are voted by their teammates.
Miller has been of course working very hard on his rehab and thanks to the Bears and general manager Ryan Pace he's been able to do it in Chicago.
For his courage, for his commitment to sportsmanship and for the inspiration he brought to our locker room, @ZMiller86 is the 2018 Ed Block Courage Award recipient. ????: https://t.co/vriXihCrvd pic.twitter.com/3ikJRK5Rl0
