There's lots of names that people remember and celebrate when it comes to the 1985 Chicago Bears, however some have been forgotten.
One of those is star cornerback Mike Richardson who had no problem grabbing the ball for an interception at anytime and registered 18 between 1983 and 1986.
Unfortunately the Super Bowl champ is now in the news for all the wrong reasons.
Richardson was arrested by Phoenix police Wednesday in connection to a homicide.
He now faces charges for murder, misconduct involving weapons, and a felony warrant.
It's not the first time he's had trouble with the law since being retired as he's dealt with addiction problems for years and had been convicted of at least 20 crimes by the end of 2008.
Mike Ditka helped him previously when he was facing 13 years of prison time back in 2008, unfortunately it doesn't look like he'll get another chance.
