With training camp underway, the Chicago Bears are looking to create some competition on the defensive side of the ball.
General manager Ryan Pace has pushed that a bit more today as he announced a roster move.
Pace announced the team has signed safety Marqui Christian.
The 25 year old has played the last couple of seasons with the LA Rams and is labeled as a versatile player with the ability to contribute on special teams.
Per source, DB Marqui Christian signed w/ the #Bears. Christian could challenge to start at safety. Very versatile player that saw time at nickel and safety for the Rams. Christian is also a standout special teams player.
