The Chicago Bears continue what seems to be an endless search for a new kicker for the 2019 NFL season.
Chicago currently has Redford Jones and Chris Blewitt on their roster however neither has ever kicked a field goal in the NFL.
The Bears are also working out to AAF kickers as Younghoe Koo and Nick Rose who are now free agents with the AAF closing it's doors.
Add another name to the list as former San Diego Chargers kicker Caleb Sturgis will also be working out for the Bears.
Sturgis played in six games last year for the Chargers and went 9 of 13.
The 29 year old has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphis and has gone 120 for 150 during his NFL career.
His longest NFL field goal was measure at 55 yards in 2016.
#Bears kicker tryout today includes 2 AAF players - Nick Rose and Younghoe Koo - and NFL veteran Caleb Sturgis. Sturgis kicked in 6 games for #Chargers last season. He's 80 percent on FG in career (68 games) and was 35-41 for #Eagles in 2016.
