The mission begins and the Chicago Bears are on the hunt for a new head coach and general manager.

We learned earlier today that the first interview for GM will take place with Indianapolis Colts director of college scouting Morocco Brown.

This seems like a possibly solid hire however the same likely can't be said for their first head coaching job interview.

Reports confirm that the Bears have requested to interview with Buffalo Bills DC Leslie Frazier.

This was a move that was rumored for the last week or two and made sense since Tony Dungy is helping with the GM and coaching search.

Unfortunately we're not sure this makes sense for the Bears young QB, Justin Fields.

Hiring another older guy with what you would argue is limited upside probably just keeps the Bears' stranded in no man's land.

More details to come.
